Eloise does not charge VAT on the below products for customers living in the UK who have had surgery for breast cancer, provided that the items are for the customers personal use.

If you qualify under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, please ensure you tick the VAT exemption box during checkout to avoid VAT being added to your order.

VAT exemption applies to:

• Pocketed bras
• Pocketed swimsuits and swimwear (excluding briefs)
• Breast forms
