Your account contains your delivery and billing details, email preferences and a record of your orders.

Creating an account

If you’re a new customer and don’t yet have an account, you can create one during the checkout process.

You’ll then be asked to enter your details, including an email address and choose a password. You’ll need your email address and password to place orders on the site, see or edit your personal details and track your orders online. For security, we don’t store your card details online.

Forgotten your password?

If you can’t remember your password, click on Login at the top of the page, then click on “Forgotten your password” just below the Login button. Then enter your email address and click on Submit. Your password will then be automatically emailed to you.

Please note that, for security reasons, our customer service team can’t see your password, so they won’t be able to confirm it for you.

Logins from the Eloise Lingerie former website

The logins from the old Eloise Lingerie website won’t work on our new website. So if you had an account on our previous website, you’ll need to create a new account. You can easily do this during checkout.
