How to check the progress of your order?
You can see where your order is in our system by logging in to your account and viewing your Order History. This will display a list of all the orders you’ve placed on the site and their current status (please note that your order should appear in our system about a few minutes after it’s been placed on the website).
Your order will show as ‘completed’ once it’s been shipped. Please then allow the appropriate delivery time.
If your shipping confirmation email has been sent before 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, then your shipment will leave our warehouse the same day. If the shipping confirmation email was sent after this time, your goods will be collected by our carrier on our next working day.
How to track your parcel once shipped?
Standard delivery orders won’t have a tracking number. You need to allow the appropriate delivery time. Standard delivery parcels don’t need a signature, but if they can’t fit through your letterbox, a card should be left to let you know delivery was attempted, together with details of where you can collect it from / how to rearrange delivery.
Express delivery orders will have a tracking number once the order is on its way.
Your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers:
- Standard orders: Royal Mail / your local postal service
- Express orders (UK): Royal Mail (small parcels) or Parcelforce (large or heavy parcels)
You need to have ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery. You can track your parcel by selecting the ‘View Order’ link on the Order History page. Once the tracking information shows it as delivered, it will usually also show who signed for it. To identify which carrier it is with, you need to know what their tracking numbers look like:
Tracking your order with Royal Mail
Royal Mail tracking numbers look like this AA000000001GB – Track your order
You can also contact their Customer Service Team on 08457 740 740.
Express delivery orders will need a signature and unless a neighbour or colleague can sign for the parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail delivery office. A card will be left detailing where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.
Tracking your order with ParcelForce
Parcelforce tracking numbers look like this IE1234567 – Track your order
You can also track your parcel using their automated telephone service on 08448 00 44 66.
Orders will need a signature and unless a neighbour or colleague can sign for the parcel, it will be returned to the local Parcelforce depot. A card will be left detailing your options. You will need to contact the depot shown on the card to make any of these arrangements.
If you still haven’t got your order
If you’ve allowed the appropriate delivery time and tracked your order (where possible), but there’s still no sign of your parcel, please let us know and we’ll begin an investigation for you with the carrier.
