Our friendly bra fitters, Lisa and Hazel, have over 15 years’ experience between them. They are knowledgeable about all types of breast surgery and can help you choose bras, breast forms and swimwear that will not only fit well and feel comfortable but will leave you feeling super confident in your clothes post-surgery.

What happens during a face-to-face post-surgical bra fitting?
During a face-to-face fitting, you’ll meet with one of our friendly bra fitters who will guide you through the process. They will assess your needs, discuss your preferences, and provide personalised recommendations based on your post-surgical requirements. The aim is to ensure you are comfortable, supported, and that the fitting meets your unique needs.
How soon after surgery can I book a fitting appointment?
Usually, it is recommended to book a fitting after your 6-week check has been done by the surgeon, and when your scar has healed fully.
How long does the post-surgical bra fitting appointment take?
A typical fitting appointment can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes, depending on your individual needs. This is why we have an appointment system, so that you are not rushed in any way and it provides enough time to try on options, discuss adjustments, and ensure everything fits perfectly.
Do you offer walk-in post-surgical bra fittings?
No, Eloise post-surgical bra fittings are by appointment only to ensure each session is private and unhurried. Appointments can be made by calling 01908 340 094 or by clicking here.
Do I need to bring anything to my post-surgical bra fitting appointment?
It’s helpful to bring any favourite garments or accessories you have been using. This allows our fitters to better understand your current situation and recommend the most suitable options. If you have a top with horizontal stripes, please bring that with you as it helps to visually check balance once your bra has been fitted. Comfortable clothing is also advised to facilitate the fitting process.
Will I be able to purchase items during my post-surgical bra fitting?
Yes, many clients choose to purchase items during their fitting appointment. Once the perfect fit has been achieved, our staff can assist in completing your purchase. We also offer advice on care and maintenance so you can maximise the lifespan and effectiveness of your chosen garments or products.
Do you sell breast forms as well as bras?
Yes we do, we offer a wide range of breast forms and partial breast forms that fit perfectly into our post-surgical bra and swimwear collections.
Can I bring someone with me to my post-surgical bra fitting appointment?
Yes, of course! We encourage you to bring a friend, family member, or caregiver along for support and companionship if you want to. Having someone with you can make the experience more comfortable and provide an additional perspective when discussing options.
Do you have parking on site?
Yes we do, there is a dedicated car park space outside the fitting room for customer use.
What is a virtual bra fitting?
A virtual bra fitting is a one-to-one video appointment with one of our expert fitters, designed to help you find your perfect bra size and style—all from the comfort of your own home.
How does the fitting work?
Your fitting will take place via a secure video call. Our fitter will guide you through a series of simple steps to assess your current fit, discuss your needs, and recommend the right size and styles.
Do I need to be topless during the video call?
No! You’ll never be asked to remove your bra or be fully undressed. We recommend wearing a well-fitting, non-padded bra so we can assess the fit accurately.
How long does a virtual fitting take?
Appointments typically last around 30–40 minutes, but we’ll take the time needed to answer all your questions and ensure you feel confident.
Is the video call private and secure?
Yes. Your privacy is our priority. All fittings are conducted one-to-one in a secure, confidential setting by experienced female fitters.
What do I need to prepare for the fitting?
Please wear a non-padded bra. A soft tape measure that can be wrapped around your chest will also be needed. Have your current favourite bras nearby if you’d like us to assess their fit.
Can I request a specific fitter?
Yes, if you’ve had a positive experience with one of our fitters before, let us know and we’ll do our best to book you in with them.
Is there a charge for the virtual fitting?
No. Our virtual bra fitting service is completely free with no obligation to purchase.
Can I buy bras directly after the fitting?
Yes! Your fitter can recommend styles and sizes from our range and can place an order for you during the video call if you choose. Or you can order via Eloise.co.uk or by calling Eloise customer service on 01908 340094 at a later stage.
What if I still have questions after the fitting?
We’re always happy to help. You can contact us by phone or email with any follow-up questions or to book a second fitting to check your fit once your bras arrive.
What if I need to return the items?
In the unlikely event that your garment does not fit when it arrives, you can contact us within fourteen days to arrange a free of charge return. Returns are only accepted on unworn garments in their original packaging.
What is a telephone advice appointment?
It’s a friendly phone call with one of our experienced post-surgical bra fitters to help you with bra sizing, style advice, or product recommendations.
Is this the same as a fitting?
Not quite – we won’t be able to see how your current bra fits, but we’ll ask a few helpful questions to guide you towards the right size and support.
How long does it take?
Around 15–20 minutes, depending on your questions.
What do I need?
Just yourself! If you have a tape measure, favourite bras, or recent size info to hand, that can be helpful—but it’s not essential.
Who is it suitable for?
Anyone who cannot make it in person and prefers not to be on video. We offer expert advice for all post-surgical bra and swimwear needs.
Is it free?
Yes – there’s no charge and no obligation to buy.
What if my bra doesn’t fit?
If your bra doesn’t fit you when it arrives you are welcome to return it in its original packaging, unworn, for a refund. However, as this is not a bra fitting, unlike our in-person or video fittings, we will not be able to offer a free return. If you are unsure of your fit, it is always better to book an in-person or video fitting appointment.
